Entenda a seguir o processo de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<span class=\"gdlr-core-space-shortcode\" style=\"margin-top: 50px ;\"  ><\/span>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #eb7334;\"><b>O que \u00e9 a Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ABR para algod\u00e3o?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<span class=\"gdlr-core-space-shortcode\" style=\"margin-top: 20px ;\"  ><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o Algod\u00e3o Brasileiro Respons\u00e1vel (ABR)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9 um padr\u00e3o criado em 2012 que visa promover pr\u00e1ticas sustent\u00e1veis na produ\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira de algod\u00e3o. Dessa forma, a norma busca assegurar que a produ\u00e7\u00e3o do algod\u00e3o seja realizada de forma socialmente justa, ambientalmente correta e economicamente vi\u00e1vel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A ABR \u00e9 coordenada pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Produtores de Algod\u00e3o (<strong>Abrapa<\/strong>) em parceria com a Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o internacional comprometida com a produ\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel de algod\u00e3o. Os padr\u00f5es s\u00e3o aplicados em campo por associa\u00e7\u00f5es estaduais.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De modo geral, o programa busca padronizar e promover o aperfei\u00e7oamento na gest\u00e3o de recursos naturais, condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e t\u00e9cnicas de cultivo nos cultivos de algod\u00e3o. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dentre as pr\u00e1ticas agr\u00edcolas na produ\u00e7\u00e3o do algod\u00e3o estabelecidas pelo padr\u00e3o ABR, est\u00e3o:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uso respons\u00e1vel de agroqu\u00edmicos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o do solo (rota\u00e7\u00e3o de culturas, manejo integrado de pragas e aduba\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada, preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade do solo e evitar a eros\u00e3o);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da cobertura vegetal e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1reas degradadas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gest\u00e3o h\u00eddrica (manejo adequado da irriga\u00e7\u00e3o, monitoramento da disponibilidade h\u00eddrica, uso de sistemas eficientes e medidas para minimizar as perdas por evapora\u00e7\u00e3o e infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o); e<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boas pr\u00e1ticas trabalhistas (condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho dignas, respeito \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o trabalhista vigente, igualdade de g\u00eanero, proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho infantil e a incentivo ao di\u00e1logo entre empregadores e colaboradores).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para promover essas iniciativas, a <strong>Abrapa<\/strong> desenvolveu um protocolo intitulado Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o para Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o da Propriedade (VCP), que deve ser atualizado a cada safra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> O protocolo inclui crit\u00e9rios obrigat\u00f3rios exigidos para a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o do padr\u00e3o BCI. A ades\u00e3o ao protocolo ABR\/BCI \u00e9 volunt\u00e1ria por parte dos cotonicultores, mas os produtores que participam s\u00e3o avaliados conforme 183 itens distribu\u00eddos em 8 crit\u00e9rios ESG, que abrangem desde condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental at\u00e9 pr\u00e1ticas agr\u00edcolas respons\u00e1veis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<span class=\"gdlr-core-space-shortcode\" style=\"margin-top: 50px ;\"  ><\/span>\n<h3>Vantagens e benef\u00edcios do algod\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel promovido pela ABR<\/h3>\n<span class=\"gdlr-core-space-shortcode\" style=\"margin-top: 20px ;\"  ><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A ades\u00e3o ao programa de <strong>algod\u00e3o brasileiro respons\u00e1vel<\/strong> da ABR impulsiona a produ\u00e7\u00e3o com pr\u00e1ticas sustent\u00e1veis, inova\u00e7\u00e3o e governan\u00e7a. Ela incorpora os crit\u00e9rios m\u00ednimos da Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), que s\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3rios, garantindo assim que o ABR tamb\u00e9m atenda aos requisitos dessa iniciativa internacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O processo de <strong>certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ABR<\/strong> \u00e9 concedido em duas modalidades: individual, para grandes produtores, e grupal, para pequenos e m\u00e9dios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para obter a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio cumprir os 183 itens da Lista de Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o para Diagn\u00f3stico da Propriedade (VDP). Essa lista inclui os crit\u00e9rios obrigat\u00f3rios do padr\u00e3o BCI, com uma abordagem mais global. Os itens est\u00e3o distribu\u00eddos em nove crit\u00e9rios, um deles sendo o de desempenho ambiental. Este crit\u00e9rio exige, por exemplo, a comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e1ticas de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o do solo (como rota\u00e7\u00e3o de culturas, manejo integrado de pragas e aduba\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade do solo e preven\u00e7\u00e3o da eros\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da cobertura vegetal; e<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1reas degradadas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O produtor ou a unidade produtiva deve seguir etapas de diagn\u00f3stico, aprendizado e melhoria cont\u00ednua. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O objetivo \u00e9 conquistar a<strong> certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ABR<\/strong> e o licenciamento BCI, opcional, ao final da safra.<\/span><\/p>\n<span class=\"gdlr-core-space-shortcode\" style=\"margin-top: 40px ;\"  ><\/span>\n<table style=\"padding-left: 50px; padding-right: 50px; background-color: #d3d3d3;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><span class=\"gdlr-core-space-shortcode\" style=\"margin-top: 20px ;\"  ><\/span>\n<h4>As etapas para a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ABR s\u00e3o:<\/h4>\n<span class=\"gdlr-core-space-shortcode\" style=\"margin-top: 20px ;\"  ><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Treinamento anual:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> produtores realizam treinamento sobre o protocolo, itens de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o e exig\u00eancias legais, aplicado pelas associa\u00e7\u00f5es estaduais.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\">Checklist e plano de corre\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> agricultores respondem ao checklist e criam um plano para ajustar pontos identificados (quando necess\u00e1rio).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\">Auditoria independente:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as propriedades agr\u00edcolas s\u00e3o supervisionadas por auditores de certificadoras terceirizadas para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es e pr\u00e1ticas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\">Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o positiva da auditoria permite obter a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ABR e qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o para Better Cotton.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\">Itens obrigat\u00f3rios:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho infantil, escravo\/degradante e cumprimento dos Crit\u00e9rios M\u00ednimos de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o mandat\u00f3rios.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\">Melhoria cont\u00ednua:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o padr\u00e3o exige cumprimento de no m\u00ednimo 85% dos requisitos na primeira safra e evolu\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua nos anos seguintes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span class=\"gdlr-core-space-shortcode\" style=\"margin-top: 20px ;\"  ><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<span class=\"gdlr-core-space-shortcode\" style=\"margin-top: 50px ;\"  ><\/span>\n<h3><b>Geoambiente e o suporte \u00e0 certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ABR<\/b><\/h3>\n<span class=\"gdlr-core-space-shortcode\" style=\"margin-top: 20px ;\"  ><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ABR impulsiona a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de algod\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel e abre portas para mercados internacionais.
